Armenia has implemented practically everything envisaged in the roadmap for accession to the Customs Union (CU), Armenia’s foreign minister Edward Nalbandian said at his meeting with Belarusian president Alexander Lukashenko in Minsk Monday.

YEREVAN, April 22. /ARKA/. Armenia has implemented practically everything envisaged in the roadmap for accession to the Customs Union (CU), Armenia’s foreign minister Edward Nalbandian said at his meeting with Belarusian president Alexander Lukashenko in Minsk Monday.

Nalbandian pointed to a good opportunity to discuss the steps taken by Armenia for joining the CU ahead of the summits in Belarus and Kazakhstan.

Lukashenko, in his turn, stressed the importance of exchanging views and discussing issued on the future Eurasian economic area.

A meeting of the heads of three CU-members states will be held in Minsk in a couple of days. –0--
