As of 03:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, 69,540 voters or 87.6% gave Monday their approval to the constitutional reforms in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

STEPANAKERT, February 21. /ARKA/. As of 03:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, 69,540 voters or 87.6% gave Monday their approval to the constitutional reforms in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
The Central Electoral Commission says 9.7% or 7686 voted against the constitutional amendments and 2.8% or 2,202 ballots were recognized invalid.
According to the preliminary reports, 79,428 citizens or 76.44% of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic population eligible to vote have gone to polls to express their opinions on constitutional reforms.
The constitutional reform implies renaming of the country and transition from semi-presidential to presidential rule model. --0---
