Russia confirms readiness to continue supporting normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations: Galuzin to Rubinyan

YEREVAN, April 18. /ARКА/. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin held a telephone conversation with Armenia's Vice Speaker of Parliament Ruben Rubinyan, who is also the special representative for the normalization of relations with Turkey.
The Russian Foreign Ministry stated that Russia remains committed to supporting efforts to find common ground between Yerevan and Ankara. Strengthening Armenian-Turkish relations is viewed as crucial for the stability and sustainable development of the South Caucasus region.
Rubinyan provided an update to Galuzin on the recent progress in normalizing relations between Armenia and Turkey.
Additionally, the two officials addressed various matters concerning Russian-Armenian relations and regional cooperation in the South Caucasus, particularly within the 3+3 Regional Cooperation Platform, which includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia, Iran, and Turkey. The discussion was reported to be constructive by the Russian Foreign Ministry.-0-
