Prosecutor General's Office demands confiscation of 28 units of real estate and about 2 billion drams from former head of Zvartnots customs office

YEREVAN, May 14. /ARKA/. Armenia's Anti-Corruption Court has accepted another application from the Prosecutor General's Office for confiscation of property of illegal origin.
According to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, the prosecutors demand that the court confiscate from the former head of the Zvartnots customs office Armen Stepanyan and his affiliated persons in favor of Armenia:
28 units of real estate. 3 units of movable property,market value of 1 vehicle, participation in 1 legal entity, outstanding part of bonds purchased in the amount of 234.1 million drams, 1.3 billion drams as the remainder of illegal income, 709.6 million drams, not substantiated by the legal income of the person, of illegal origin, transferred to bona fide purchasers or which cannot be identified and confiscated, the right to demand a loan of 4 million drams, a deposit in the amount of about 3 million drams.-0-
