Precipitation will predominantly fall as snow in various regions, particularly in Shirak, Lori, Gegharkunik, Tavush foothills, Aragatsotn, Kotayk, and the mountains of Vayots Dzor. In certain mountainous areas, snow accumulation could reach as much as 30-40 centimeters.
Fortunately, the report indicates that no frost is anticipated in the valleys and foothills, where fruit trees are currently in bloom.
From April 17-19, a brief break from precipitation is expected, with temperatures gradually rising by 10-12 degrees across all regions. In Yerevan, occasional rain showers are predicted for the evening of April 14 and throughout April 15-16, with no precipitation forecasted for April 17-19.
Winds will generally blow from the southwest at 2-5 m/s, although gusts could reach 14-17 m/s in some areas from April 14-16. The temperature is expected to drop by 2-4 degrees in the afternoon on April 15, followed by a gradual rise of 10-12 degrees by April 17-19.
