Ameriabank sponsors Armenia Art Fair 2019 in Yerevan

The official opening of the Armenia Art Fair took place today at Yerevan Expo Center, Ameriabank, the general sponsor of the fair in 2019, said in a press release.

It said representatives of 30 galleries and curators from the Caucasus, Europe, the Middle East and the USA are taking part in the event.
"Ameriabank has joined Armenia Art Fair 2019 as a general sponsor to familiarize the Armenian society with works of contemporary art and stimulate the development of art in Armenia and the region," the bank said.
As part of the cultural program Art Week, a number of events related to art started in Yerevan on May 25 and will last until June 2 inclusive.
Expositions of contemporary art from local and international galleries will be displayed at the Yerevan Expo Center from May 31 to June 3.
Various events, including a series of conversations on the art dubbed Night Owl, during which Dr. Jan Robertson, director of business studies in the field of art at Sotheby University of London, will deliver lecturers on new art and markets. The events will be accompanied by sound performances and other interesting initiatives.
