The official website of the Armenian business news agency ARKA has recorded the largest progress as of May 2015 among the Armenian media by the generalized index of virtual intellectual capital QI, according to a study conducted by Arcaler Scorecard portal.

YEREVAN, June 29. / ARKA /. The official website of the Armenian business news agency ARKA has recorded the largest progress as of May 2015 among the Armenian media by the generalized index of virtual intellectual capital QI, according to a study conducted by Arcaler Scorecard portal.

In comparison with the previous rating as of 10 November 2014, ARKA has risen by 15 points and now occupies the 11th position with QI of 0.30.

The top three positions in the ranking that includes 61 Armenian mass media websites are occupied by News.am ( 1.01 QI), Shant TV (1.00 QI) and Novosti-Armenia (0.76 QI).

ARKA news agency (www.arka.am) has been operating since May 1, 1996. It provides financial, economic and political news. In 2000 it was recognized by the Central Bank of Armenia as the best economic news agency. In 2002 and 2003 ARKA was awarded by Business Initiative Directions the International Star Award for Quality in category Gold.

ARKA comprises telecommunications and high technology portal telecom.arka. and banking and financial portal armbanks.am.
