Armenia’s confirmed coronavirus cases rise to 1339

As of 11:00 on Monday, April 20, there were 580 recovered COVID-19 patients in Armenia, the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention says in its daily report.

YEREVAN, April 20. /ARKA/. As of 11:00 on Monday, April 20, there were 580 recovered COVID-19 patients in Armenia, the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention says in its daily report.
In total, 1,339 confirmed coronavirus cases and 22 deaths have been reported in the country. This means that there are 48 new cases, compared with yesterday’s report.
According to the center, 13,373tests for coronavirus have been carried out in Armenia. There are 737 COVID-19 patients in the country’s hospitals now.
A state of emergency in order to suppress the spread of the coronavirus operates in Armenia from March 16 to April 14. Restrictions on free movement and certain types of economic activity in Armenia in a state of emergency (previously imposed for the period from March 24 to March 31) were extended until April 12 inclusive. On April 11, it became known that the Armenian authorities extended the state of emergency for another 30 days – until 17:00 May 14, 2020 inclusive. -0---
