Armenia’s confirmed COVID-19 cases rise by 1 861 to 110 548

As of 11:00 on Wednesday, November 11, there were 68,336 recovered COVID-19 patients in Armenia, the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention says in its daily report.

YEREVAN, November 11. /ARKA/. As of 11:00 on Wednesday, November 11, there were 68,336 recovered COVID-19 patients in Armenia, the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention says in its daily report.
In total, there are 110,548 confirmed COVID-19 infection cases and 1,636 deaths in the country. This means that 1,861 new infection cases, 27 deaths and 1,501 recovery cases have been recorded since yesterday’s report. Some 4,226 people have been tesyed for COVID-19 over one day.
It has also become known that other 7 coronavirus-positive patients’ died yesterday for another reason. The total number of such cases is 419.
According to the report, in total, 448,450 tests have been carried out in the country since the beginning of the epidemic. As many as 40,157 patients are being treated now.
The state of emergency due to the coronavirus pandemic operated in Armenia for six months - from March 16 to September 11 inclusive. After the parliament passed amendments to the package of relevant laws, the Armenian government introduced quarantine throughout the country for a period of 4 months - until January 11, 2021.
Quarantine implies, in particular, a special regime of entry and exit into the country, the rules of self-isolation, as well as a number of restrictions, including those related to social events, the educational process and economic activities. Individual protection measures must be applied throughout the territory of Armenia, and when you are and move outside your place of residence, you must have an identity document. -0—
