The governor of Vayots Dzor province of Armenia Sergey Bagratyan and the governor of Gegharkunik province Never Poghosyan are voluntarily removed from their offices upon the decision of the government, ARKA correspondent reports on Thursday.

YEREVAN, June 7. /ARKA/. The governor of Vayots Dzor province of Armenia Sergey Bagratyan and the governor of Gegharkunik province Never Poghosyan are voluntarily removed from their offices upon the decision of the government, ARKA correspondent reports on Thursday.

On the government session on Thursday, the Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan thanked the ex-governors for their work.

Bagratyan and Poghosyan are members of Prosperous Armenia Party. On May 24 the leader of Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan said that his party doesn’t have any constitutional opportunity to form a government as well as to implement its programs. Due to this Prosperous Armenia doesn’t consider it rational to join the coalition government. —0—
