Around 21,000 real estate transactions finalized in Armenia in September

YEREVAN, November 10. /ARKA/. In September 2025, a total of 20,984 real estate transactions were finalized in Armenia, in contrast to 19,494 transactions recorded in September 2024 and 18,780 transactions in August 2025, the Statistical Committee said.

The largest number of transactions during the reported month occurred in Yerevan, totaling 6,594 (31.4% of the overall total), whereas the lowest was in Vayots Dzor, with 275 transactions (1.3%).

Real estate alienation transactions were predominant in the overall composition, amounting to 8,179 (39% of the total), which included 5,587 purchase and sale transactions, 2,317 gift transfers, and 47 exchange transactions.

Additionally, there were 3,357 inheritance transactions (16% of the total), 3,318 initial registration transactions (15.7%), 3,291 mortgage transactions (15.7%), 1,780 re-registration transactions (8.5%), 978 lease transactions (4.7%), and 81 legalization transactions (0.4%).

Furthermore, in September, the highest number of real estate transactions involved land, totaling 7,380 (35.2%).

During this reporting month, 6,228 transactions were completed involving apartments in multi-apartment buildings (29.7%), 4,521 transactions were completed involving residential buildings (21.5%), 1,525 transactions were completed involving public buildings (7.3%), 952 transactions were completed involving garages (4.5%), and 378 transactions were completed involving industrial buildings (1.8%).-0-
