The Armenian Prosecutor General's Office reported today that a settlement agreement was signed on February 21 with citizen Galust Grigoryan as part of a criminal case on confiscation of property of illegal origin.

YEREVAN, February 23. /ARKA/. The Armenian Prosecutor General's Office reported today that a settlement agreement was signed on February 21 with citizen Galust Grigoryan as part of a criminal case on confiscation of property of illegal origin.
According to the agreement, a 16,013 square meter land plot on Acharyan Street in Avan administrative district of Yerevan city, estimated to cost AMD 2.2 billion (in market prices) which represents 76.93% of the total claim. is handed back to the ownership of the state.
The settlement agreement was submitted to the Anti-Corruption Court on February 22 for approval in accordance with the law. ($1 - AMD 404.35)
