A cyclone that has penetrated Armenia from the west is expected to bring precipitation in most regions of the country on November 20 afternoon and November 21 overnight with intense precipitation in some parts of the country, Armenia's Weather Center said.

YEREVAN, November 20. /ARKA/ A cyclone that has penetrated Armenia from the west is expected to bring precipitation in most regions of the country on November 20 afternoon and November 21 overnight with intense precipitation in some parts of the country, Armenia's Weather Center said.

It said snow is predicted in Shirak, Lori, Gegharkunik, Aragatsotn, Kotayk and Vayots Dzor mountains with snowstorms in some places.

No precipitation is expected on November 22-24. The northwestern winds will be 4-7 m/s. On November 18-21 in some places wind gusts may accelerate to 16-20 m/s.

The temperatures will drop by 6-8 degrees on November 20 afternoon and November 21 overnight.

In the capital Yerevan, rains are expected on November 20 and November 21 overnight. On Monday afternoon the temperature in the capital will be 11-13 degrees Celsius. On Tuesday it will drop to 9-11 degrees Celsius, and rise to 13-15 degrees Celsius on Friday. -0-
