Electric Networks of Armenia to start conducting Russian language lessons for children from children's home soon

Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC jointly with the Armenian office of Russia’s Rossotrudnichestvo, a state agency promoting Russia’s cultural ties with the rest of the world, starts conducting Russian language lessons for children from a children's home in the city of Vanadzor in March, the company’s press office reported on Friday.

YEREVAN, February 28. /ARKA/. Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC jointly with the Armenian office of Russia’s Rossotrudnichestvo, a state agency promoting Russia’s cultural ties with the rest of the world, starts conducting Russian language lessons for children from a children's home in the city of Vanadzor in March, the company’s press office reported on Friday.
The curriculum that is intended for eight-to twelfth-year school students has been composed with taking into account their age and individual peculiarities.
«I think this is an excellent chance for learning and for general intellectual development of the children, and the final result mostly depends on relations between students and teachers,» Natalia Yeremenko, the chief of the Russian language division of the Rossotrudnichestvo agency's office in Armenia, is quoted in the press release as saying.
Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC CEO Evgeny Bibin, on his side, said that Russian language skills are very important today for companies with Russian capital which operate in Armenia's territory.
The company's press office says that Dmitry Volkov, head of the INTER RAO OJSC's asset management unit, will contribute to this program implementation by donating his personal money for this purpose.
Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC is distributing electric power in Armenia and exporting it to Georgia and Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. -0----
