YEREVAN, February 4. /ARKA/. The First Armenian Traffic Police Officer Squadron Commander Arsen Arshakyan is relieved from his post, Novosti-Armenia reported on Wednesday referring to the Police Department Spokesman Armen Malkhasyan.

The spokesman said Arshakyan was moved to the personnel reserve because of the reforms periodically implemented in the law enforcement system. --0-----
