The Sunday hail damaged areas under crops in about 20 villages of Armenia, the country’s emergency ministry reported.
YEREVAN, May 13. /ARKA/. The Sunday hail damaged areas under crops in about 20 villages of Armenia, the country’s emergency ministry reported.
In particular, crop damage from the hail in the period from 14:30 to 15:00 Sunday was reported in Ashtarak town, Voskevaz, Voskehat, Oshakan, Parbi, Ohanavan, Karbi, Partizak, Bazmaberd and Ghazaravan villages of Armenia’s Aragatsotn region.
According to another report, hail dropped at 13:40-14:10 Sunday caused damage to areas under crops in Metsamor and Armavir, as well as in Getashen, Amassia, Shenavan, Jrashen, Aknalich, Nor Armavir, Nor Artages, Jrarat, Nalbandian and Berkashat villages.
