In November 2025, more than 21,000 real estate transactions were completed in Armenia

YEREVAN, January 20. /ARKA/. In November 2025, some 21,144 real estate transactions were completed in Armenia, compared to 21,030 transactions in November 2024 and 22,738 transactions in October 2025, according to data from the Statistical Committee.

The highest number of transactions during the reporting month were in Yerevan – 6,987 (33% of the total), while the lowest number were in Vayots Dzor – 654 (3.1%).

Real estate alienation transactions predominated in the overall structure – 6,672 (36.3% of the total), including 5,370 purchase and sale transactions, 2,002 gift transfers, and 69 exchange transactions.

In addition, 3,869 initial registration transactions (18.3%), 3,456 inheritance transactions (16.3%), 3,345 mortgage transactions (15.8%), 1,761 re-registration transactions (8.4%), 950 lease transactions (4.5%), and 91 legalization transactions (0.4%) were completed.

Moreover, in November, the largest number of real estate transactions were land transactions – 7,821 (37%). In the 2025 reporting month, 6,003 transactions were completed involving apartments in multi-apartment buildings (28.4%), 4,261 transactions were completed involving residential buildings (20.2%), 1,396 transactions were completed involving public buildings (6.6%), 1,197 transactions were completed involving garages (5.6%), and 466 transactions were completed involving industrial buildings (2.2%).-0-
