The number of people hospitalized with acute respiratory diseases has increased in Armenia, according to the press service of the Armenian Ministry of Health.

YEREVAN, November 14. /ARKA/. The number of people hospitalized with acute respiratory diseases has increased in Armenia, according to the press service of the Armenian Ministry of Health.

It said as of November 10, 2022, some 958 patients with acute respiratory diseases applied to polyclinics in Armenia, as many as in the same span of last year.

The rate of hospitalization increased by 11%, and 98.9% of those hospitalized are under 18 years old, the ministry said.

Health authorities urge people to get vaccinated against influenza and its complications. -0-
