Average market prices for private houses remained unchanged Armenia in July against June 2013, the country’s state real estate cadastre reported.
YEREVAN, September 3. ARKA/. Average market prices for private houses remained unchanged Armenia in July against June 2013, the country’s state real estate cadastre reported.
In the reporting month a total of 444 private house deals were closed in the country, including 129 deals in Yerevan.
According to the report, the lowest prices for private houses were recorded in Dastakert community (Siunik) – 11,600 drams per square meter – and in Tumanyan (Lori) – 12,000 drams per square meter.
The highest prices were recorded in Tsakhkadzor town (Kotayk) – 305,000 drams per square meter. ($1=406. 76drams). –0--
