Over 186,000 real estate transactions sealed in Armenia in 2019

Some 186,061 real estate transactions were sealed in Armenia in 2019 - 14.5% more than in 2018, the Cadastre Committee of Armenia says in its report. The largest number of transactions were registered in Yerevan - they made up 34.4 percent of the total number, and the smallest number in Vayots Dzor province - 1.9%.
YEREVAN, February 19. /ARKA/. Some 186,061 real estate transactions were sealed in Armenia in 2019 - 14.5% more than in 2018, the Cadastre Committee of Armenia says in its report. The largest number of transactions were registered in Yerevan - they made up 34.4 percent of the total number, and the smallest number in Vayots Dzor province - 1.9%.
According to the report, 13.6% of the total number of the real estate deals were registered in the first half of 2019 in Kotayk province, 9.8% in Ararat province, 8.2% in Armavir province, 7% in Lori, 6.1% in Gegharkunic, 5.6% in Aragatsotn, 4.9% in Shirak, 4.4% in Syunik and 4.2% in Tavush.
Of the recorded real estate deals, 38.2% were immovable property alienation transactions, 15.6% primary registration transactions, 15.1% inheritance transactions, 16.2% pledge transactions, 6.5% leasing transactions and 8.4% transactions on other state registrations. -0---
