Secretly wiretapped audio case investigation under way now in Armenia

The investigation launched into the a secretly wiretapped audio recording involving the chiefs of the National Security Service and the Special Security Service Artur Vanetsyan and Sasun Khachatryan respectively that went viral on the Internet on Tuesday is under way now, the press office of the Special Investigation Committee reported on Wednesday.

YEREVAN, September 12. /ARKA/. The investigation launched into the a secretly wiretapped audio recording involving the chiefs of the National Security Service and the Special Security Service Artur Vanetsyan and Sasun Khachatryan respectively that went viral on the Internet on Tuesday is under way now, the press office of the Special Investigation Committee reported on Wednesday.   

In the audio recording Arthur Vanetsyan and Sasun Khachatryan discuss the situation regarding a set of criminal cases launched against former president Robert Kocharyan and former defense minister Yuri Khachaturov.

A special investigation group is set up to clarify all the circumstances of the case. Details are not being released to public not to harm the investigation. -0---
