YEREVAN, February 3. /ARKA/. As many as 475 university students in Armenia who have taken part in the four-day April war in Karabakh enjoyed tuition fee discounts in the first half of the 2016-2017 academic year, the education and science ministry reported on Friday.
The ministry said they had at least 50-percent discounts, and their military service records were the basis for the decisions.
