The law-enforcement authorities in Nagorno-Karabakh have detained two local residents who fired at the residence of Nagorno-Karabakh president in the capital Stepanakert.

YEREVAN, August 28. /ARKA/.The law-enforcement authorities in Nagorno-Karabakh have detained two local residents who fired at the residence of Nagorno-Karabakh president in the capital Stepanakert.
The incident occurred at 03:05 today morning. The residents were identified by their initials T.A. (born 1983) and A.A. (born 1981.
According to the local police, T.A. and A.A. approached the president's residence by prior conspiracy and under the influence of alcohol started shooting at the building and in the direction of the security officers. No one suffered in the incident, the police said.
The Nagorno-Karabakh Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case into the incident. -0-
