YEREVAN, February 7. /ARКА/. In 2024, AIG-Service LLC, a division of the national natural gas distribution company Gazprom Armenia, carried out technical maintenance of gas consumption systems of 725,138 subscribers, the press service of Gazprom Armenia reported.

According to the decision of the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC), technical maintenance of natural gas consumption systems is carried out at least twice a year - once in the period from October 1 to April 1 and once in the period from April 1 to October 1.

Over the past year, AIG-Service LLC specialists recorded 689,982 violations in the gas consumption systems of 256,801 subscribers, of which 416,699 were related to non-compliance with safety standards.

According to the company, its technicians were unable to check the safety systems of 56,965 subscribers due to locked doors.

Last year, 17,509 calls were received from subscribers, which resulted in unscheduled repairs, and 9,685 additional unscheduled service visits were made. -0--
