YEREVAN, May 11. /ARKA/. Some 179,064 foreign tourists visited Armenia in April 2023, the Tourism Committee, a division of the Ministry of Economy, said.

"This is the best April statistics we have ever had. It is up from 137,600 visits in April 2019 and from 96,900 in 2022," the Committee said.

In January-March of this year, almost 450 thousand tourists visited Armenia. Economy Minister Vahan Kerobyan predicted this figure could exceed 2mln visitors by the end of 2023. --0--
