Over 1.92 million tourists visited Armenia in 2024

In the first 10 months of this year, Armenia recorded about 1 million 926.4 thousand tourist visits, according to the Armenian Tourism Committee.
YEREVAN, November 14. /ARKA/. In the first 10 months of this year, Armenia recorded about 1 million 926.4 thousand tourist visits, according to the Armenian Tourism Committee.
This figure is 5.8% lower than in the same period last year, with about 2 million 45 thousand tourist visits.
Most tourists came to Armenia from Russia (43%), Georgia (11%), Iran (7%), as well as from the USA (3%) and India (2%).
It is noted that, in October of this year, 203.81 thousand tourists visited Armenia, compared to nearly 195.4 thousand in October 2023 (a 4.3% increase). -0-
