‘Only 8% of businesses in Armenia are digitalized, which is very worrying, and only 12% use cloud technologies. When we compare Yerevan and the regions, a more serious problem arises,’ says Samvel Gevorgyan, founding director of the BSC Business Support Center.
According to him, the digitalization of business and artificial intelligence provide unlimited opportunities, including effective management of human resources. Unfortunately, there is no agenda for the digitalization of the Armenian economy, they only talk about it, there is no action plan or strategy. Meanwhile, there is no alternative to the digitalization of business.
