Armenia fines booking.com for discriminatory pricing policy
The head of Armenia's State Commission for Protection of Economic Commission Gegham Grigoryan said booking.com, one of the largest online travel agencies, was fined by Armenia for forbidding hotels, inns and guest houses to set a price lower than that set on its platform. UN court to hear Armenia's lawsuit against Azerbaijan
The Hague-based International Court of Justice /ICJ), the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, said last week it will hold public hearings in the case concerning Application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination filed by Armenia v. Azerbaijan. The hearings are scheduled for Monday 30 January 2023.
