Armenia ranked 108th in the Logistics Performance Index for 2024
YEREVAN, 20 January. /ARKA/. Armenia has improved its position in the Logistics Performance Index for 2024, ranking 108th among 139 countries. In the previous ranking, the country was on the 112th line among 140 countries, according to the data on the World Bank website.
Regarding Armenia's neighbours, in the updated index, Georgia ranked 85th, Iran 123rd, Turkey 39th (Azerbaijan is not specified).
Among the EEU member states, Kazakhstan has the best result - 80th place, followed by Belarus - 82nd place, Russia - 90th and Kyrgyzstan - 128th.
The World Bank's Logistics Performance Index by Country (LPI) assesses the performance of national logistics systems based on six key indicators, including the quality of customs services, infrastructure, and international transport.
