YEREVAN, April 4. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at a meeting with Vietnamese National Assembly Speaker Chang Than Man stressed the importance of developing Armenian-Vietnamese friendly relations.

According to the government press service, Pashinyan noted that the high-level reciprocal visits between the two countries testify to mutual interest in deepening and expansion of bilateral relations, which is a positive and welcome process.

Tran Thanh Man, in his turn, expressed gratitude for the warm reception, emphasizing that his visit to Armenia is aimed at further strengthening and deepening of the Armenian-Vietnamese friendship.

The sides discussed the perspectives of the development of bilateral multi-sector cooperation, emphasizing the necessity of elaborating concrete measures and steps for the promotion of economic relations.

They also highlighted the continued cooperation in the inter-parliamentary format, which can serve as an additional stimulus for the development of bilateral relations.

Nikol Pashinyan and Chang Than Man also exchanged views on a number of issues of regional importance.
