Over 700 km of roads repaired in Armenia in 2024 - minister

A total of 503 km of roads were repaired in Armenia in 2024 at the expense of the state budget and various grant programmes, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic David Khudatyan said.
YEREVAN, 10 January. /ARKA/. A total of 503 km of roads were repaired in Armenia in 2024 at the expense of the state budget and various grant programmes, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic David Khudatyan said.
‘AMD 60 billion was allocated for the implementation of grant programmes. Another 200 km of roads have been repaired within this amount,’ he said at a press conference on Thursday.
Nevertheless, the minister noted, there can be omissions in the work of such volume and scale.
‘This is a regularity, however, it is unacceptable for us. We plan to carry out the work at a higher quality level,’ he said.
