YEREVAN, April 22. /ARKA/. Armenian president Serzh Sargsyan decreed today to halt the process of ratification of two Turkish-Armenian protocols in parliament on normalizing relations with Turkey, the presidential press office reported.

The two protocols on establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkey and Armenia and normalization of relations were signed October 10, 2009 in Zurich, Switzerland. The president assigned foreign minister of Armenia to notify Turkey about halting the ratification process, the press service said. -0-
