Moscow authorities develop a new cooperation program with Yerevan for upcoming years, said Moscow City Mayor Sergey Sobyanin during the meeting with the President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on Tuesday.
YEREVAN, October 26. /ARKA/. Moscow authorities develop a new cooperation program with Yerevan for upcoming years, said Moscow City Mayor Sergey Sobyanin during the meeting with the President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on Tuesday.
Press-service of the President’s Office informs that Sobyanin expressed confidence that the given program will cover all the spheres of interest for the parties.
Sargsyan expressed his satisfaction on close cooperation of the capitals of Armenia and Russia in different spheres.
Sargsyan and Sobyanin highly appreciated the role of the Armenian community in Moscow in strengthening of the relations between two capitals, as well as s Armenian-Russian interrelations in general.
Sobyanin noted that many Armenians live in Moscow, including successful businessmen.
The parties also discussed the issues of interrelation in the sphere of education, culture, tourism and economic-trade sector.
Sargsyan is in Moscow with an official visit from October 23-25. –0-
