YEREVAN, December 8. /ARKA/. Armenia’s prime minister Tigran Sargsyan has congratulated his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in connection with the victory of the ruling United Russia Party in December 4 elections to State Duma, the lower chamber of Russia’s bicameral parliament, the government press service reported.

"Since its inception the United Russia has proved to be a party with a powerful political potential that may lead the public and take responsibility for the future of the state," his message, runs, particularly.
