Armenian President Robert Kocharyan has signed a decree appointing Artashes Bakhshyan to the post of the president’s control service head, presidential press office reported on Saturday.

YEREVAN, July 23. /ARKA/. Armenian President Robert Kocharyan has signed a decree appointing Artashes Bakhshyan to the post of the president’s control service head, presidential press office reported on Saturday.

Kocharyan also appointed Samvel Vasilyan as deputy chairman of Armenian Civil Service for a term expiring on January 15, 2013.

Besides, the president signed decrees stripping Armine Kharatyan of her membership in Central Election Commission and giving her a seat in the Civil Service’s Council for a term expiring on January 15, 2009. M.V.-0---
