Armenian PM confirms Yerevan's readiness to open all communication roads for Azerbaijan

YEREVAN, March 4. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan published an article on Armenpress website regarding communication channels between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
We present the key points voiced by Pashinyan in the article.
* Today, no transportation or economic communications in Azerbaijan are open to Armenia or to those who pass through Armenia (neither roads, railroads, pipelines, power lines, nor cables).
* All roads in Armenia are open to Azerbaijan
* Armenia can open three checkpoints on the border with Azerbaijan in 1-2 weeks so that Azerbaijani trucks and passengers can enter the territory of Armenia and move to its exclave Nakhichevan and Turkey.
* Armenia will ensure the safety of these cargo transportation. In order to avoid psychological difficulties of Azerbaijani drivers, these cargo transportations can be organized by Turkish trucks.
* Armenia has never made a written or verbal commitment to delegate the security of transportation on its territory to another country.
* Armenia has never agreed to limit its sovereignty, jurisdiction or territorial integrity, including with regard to communications from western Azerbaijan to the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic through RA territory.
* Armenia is ready to provide transit of pipelines, power lines and cables from Azerbaijan to Nakhichevan. It is not clear why these proposals are rejected by Azerbaijan.
* Armenia is ready to provide transit from western Azerbaijan to Nakhichevan on the same legal terms as Iran offers. -0-
