YEREVAN, May 16. /ARKA/. Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan will visit Helsinki on May 16-17, the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry reported.

It said Mnatsakanyan will take part in the Council of Europe Ministerial Forum.
