YEREVAN, September 30. /ARKA/. Azerbaijan has handed the command of its air force's operation against Artsakh to the Turkish Air Force, the press secretary of the Armenian Defense Ministry Shushan Stepanyan said in a Facebook post.

She said today, two F-16 fighters of the Turkish Air Force taking off from Kurdamir, as well as the SU-25 attack aircraft of the Azerbaijani Air Force and the Bayraktar strike-reconnaissance drone flying at high altitudes, carried out missile-bomb strikes on Artsakh settlements in the Hadrut and Martuni regions.

She added that the Azerbaijani air force operates under the control of the Turkish E7-T remote air command post from the Erzerum-Kars section.

Besides, at a certain depth from the border of the Hadrut region, an UAV command post operates, which directly controls the fire of Azerbaijani  aircraft strikes against Artsakh.

She said all this information is examined and recorded by the joint air defense and aviation command post of Artsakh  and the results of the monitoring will be  presented soon -0-
