YEREVAN, April 23. /ARKA/. Former minister-chief of government staff Vache Gabrielyan has been appointed as chief adviser to Armenia’s premier. Gabrielyan took the office on April 18, says the official website of the government.
Earlier, David Harutiunyan was appointed as minister-chief of government staff. Minister of emergencies Armen Yeritsyan, minister of defense Seyran Ohanyan and foreign minister Edward Nalbandyan stayed in office.
Yesterday Armenia’s president Serzh Sargsyan re-appointed minister of transport Gagik Beglaryan and minister of culture Hasmik Poghosyan and appointed Karen Chshmarityan as minister of economy.
On April 13 the president appointed Hovik Abrahamyan as premier to replace Tigran Sargsyan who resigned on April 3. Under the constitution, new cabinet is to be formed within twenty days after premier’s appointment. –0—
