YEREVAN, September 18. /ARKA/. Nagorno-Karabakh President Samvel Shahramanyan signed a decree on Monday appointing Artur Harutyunyan as State Minister (prime minister).

The State Minister will coordinate the activities of the ministries of health, justice, agriculture, education, science, culture and sports, social development and migration, territorial administration and infrastructure, urban development and finance and economy.

Earlier, Harutyunyan served as head of the ruling Free Homeland parliamentary faction. He resigned from this post on September 11. -0-
