Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a meeting with Anders Rasmussen, founder of Rasmussen Global, an international political consulting company, the public affairs office of the Armenian government reported on Tuesday.

YEREVAN, 14 May. /ARKA/ Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a meeting with Anders Rasmussen, founder of Rasmussen Global, an international political consulting company, the public affairs office of the Armenian government reported on Tuesday.

Pashinyan and Rasmussen exchanged opinions on regional developments and security challenges. The two discussed security and stability in the South Caucasus and stressed the importance of efforts made towards that goal.

Rasmussen also stressed the importance of Armenia’s Crossroads of Peace project, first presented by Pashinyan in October 2023. The project aims at establishing transport infrastructure in the region and is expected to use open borders, as well as economical, political, and cultural connections for the peace agenda.

Armenia’s National Security Service has a department for maintaining security of cargo, transport, and individuals travelling through Armenia via international routes.
