US Secretary of State Marco Rubio sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of Armenia's Independence Day.
YEREVAN, September 21. /ARKA/. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of Armenia's Independence Day.
"On behalf of the United States of America, I extend warm greetings to the people of Armenia on the occasion of Independence Day. The United States stands with Armenia in celebrating the 35th anniversary of the restoration of its independence and the progress your country has made toward a more peaceful, prosperous, and democratic future," Rubio said in his message.
He noted that the historic progress the US and Armenia have made over the past year demonstrates what can be achieved "when we work toward a shared vision of peace and prosperity."
"We look forward to further advancing the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) project, strengthening economic connectivity, stimulating American investment, and helping unlock new opportunities for Armenia and the entire region," Rubio noted.
The US Secretary of State stated that the United States looks forward to further deepening the partnership between the two countries in the coming years.
