Armenia’s confirmed COVID-19 cases rise to 14669

As of 11:00 on Thursday, June 11, there were 5,466 recovered COVID-19 patients in Armenia, the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention says in its daily report. In total, 14,669 confirmed COVID-19 infection cases and 245 deaths have been reported in the country. This means that 566 new infection cases, 240 recovered patients and 18 deaths have been recorded since yesterday’s report.

YEREVAN, June 11. /ARKA/. As of 11:00 on Thursday, June 11, there were 5,466 recovered COVID-19 patients in Armenia, the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention says in its daily report. In total, 14,669 confirmed COVID-19 infection cases and 245 deaths have been reported in the country. This means that 566 new infection cases, 240 recovered patients and 18 deaths have been recorded since yesterday’s report.
As many as 82 people infected with the coronavirus have died from other diseases. According to the report, 75,389 tests for the coronavirus have been carried out in Armenia. Some 8,876 COVID-19 patients are being treated now.
The state of emergency, introduced in Armenia on March 16, 2020 to curb the spread of the new coronavirus and extended to May 14, has been extended again - until 17:00 on June 13 inclusive. -0----
