YEREVAN, December 19. /ARKA/. “Happy New Year, Moms” film premier was held in Yerevan’s “Moscow” cinema on December 18.

The sequel of the Russian film “Moms” --the almanac “Happy New Year, Moms”-- was filmed in France and Russia. It will have five short stories, full of humor, emotions and comedy, as well as different characters different from the first series of the film “Moms” released in March of this year. Each story tells us about the love between mother and child. However, being so different, all the stories show the tender love towards mother.

In one of the short stories titled “Paris” and directed by Sarik Andreasyan, the leading character makes his mother’s dream come true by bringing her to Paris to meet Alain Delon.

The legendary French actor Alain Delon said Tuesday at a news conference in Yerevan that this film, where the actor appears as himself, has a unique plot as it shows the love to mother. He added his mother had passed away 16 years ago, but he remembers her each single day.

“I can’t speak a lot about my mother, it is too personal… everything I achieved in my life, I owe to my mother. If I have a talent, it comes from her… If my mother was alive, I would do my best to spend my time with her every time, and give her all my love,” he said showing to reporters the crucifix his mother gave him, and which he always carries with himself.

Delon added his career is coming to its end.

“I was lucky to play in a theater performance with my 22-year-old daughter. There is nothing better than this. After this, nothing can interest me anymore,” the actor said.

Irina Rozanova, a well-known Russian actress, said Delon refused from the make-up while appearing in an episode to play himself.

“He told me, “a make-up?”. At 33, I was the most handsome man of the universe. My hair, my wrinkles—this is my make-up,” Rozanova quoted Delon adding she as an actress would like to save this “simple human wisdom.”

“Happy New Year, Moms” is to be released in Moscow on December 19. The film producers are Georgiy Malkov, Sarik Andreasyan, Gevond Andreasyan, Valeriy Saharyan and Vladimir Polyakov. The film budget stands at 6 million dollars. The world premier is planned to be held on December 27. -0-
