One of the five contract servicemen of the Armenian Armed Forces, who were caught in an avalanche yesterday at about 17:30 in the southern Armenian province of Syunik near a military unit, was found dead today.

YEREVAN, December 6. /ARKA/. One of the five contract servicemen of the Armenian Armed Forces, who were caught in an avalanche yesterday at about 17:30 in the southern Armenian province of Syunik near a military unit, was found dead today.

The four servicemen were found the same day. Their health status was assessed as satisfactory. On Thursday, at 14:00, the fifth serviceman was found under the snow cover. The serviceman is a contract sergeant, resident of Sisian Hayk Karamyan, born in 1995. He joined the armed forces in 2016.
