Gegham Grigoryan, a prominent Armenian opera singer, stage manager and art director of the National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, died Wednesday aged 65, the Armenian culture ministry’s pres office reported.

YEREVAN, March 23. /ARKA/. Gegham Grigoryan, a prominent Armenian opera singer, stage manager and art director of the National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, died Wednesday aged 65, the Armenian culture ministry’s pres office reported.
He had Armenian national medals as well as the title 'Soviet Union People's Artist' and Lithuanian Soviet Republic's Distinguished Artist.
It is reported in the pres release that a governmental commission will be set up for organizing his funeral. --0----
