YEREVAN, January 17. /ARKA/. Construction of Kapan Airport is under way now – it is expected to be over this summer, Haykakan Zhamanak reports referring to Gevork Parsyan, head of the Kapan community.
In his words, the construction has not been frozen, and the aircraft promised by Zangezur Copper and Molybdenum Combine is already bought and stands in Yerevan’s Zvartnots Airport.
It was reported earlier that more than USD 2 million had been spent on the construction.
The financial resources had been invested by Zangezur Copper and Molybdenum Combine and Syunik Development and Investment Fund. --0---
