YEREVAN, July 15. /ARKA/. Armenian President Armen Sarkissian signed Monday a decree awarding the First-degree Order of Merit for the Motherland to Nikita Simonyan for considerable contribution to the development of Armenian football.

The Order of Merit for the Motherland is awarded for significant contributions to state government, defense and national security as well as for political, public and humanitarian activities and contribution to development of the country's economy. -0--
