Paris mayor arrives in Yerevan

Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo is arriving in Yerevan later today at the invitation of Armenian capital’s Mayor Taron Margaryan, the press service of the Embassy of France in Armenia said today.
YEREVAN, October 7. /ARKA/. Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo is arriving in Yerevan later today at the invitation of Armenian capital’s Mayor Taron Margaryan, the press service of the Embassy of France in Armenia said today.
It said a delegation, led by Hidalgo, consists of representatives of all political parties, included in the City Council of Paris. Members of the delegation will hold meetings with Armenian colleagues, representing economy and education.
The Paris Mayor is scheduled also to have a meeting with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and Mayor of Yerevan Taron Margaryan. During the visit, Hidalgo will lay a wreath to the Memorial to Armenian Genocide victims, visit the Komitas Museum, as well as take part in Erebuni-Yerevan festivities. -0-
