The funded pension system will allow a future retiree to identify the pension amount. All workers, self-employed and villagers up to 40 years old will be able to use this systemby withdrawing 5 % of their salary for the pension fund, another 5%, but not over 25,000 drams, will be contributed by the government. —0—
